Here at Autumn&Acres we hope to meet all of your expectations. However, if you have any problems with any item due to an error on my part, please message me and let me know. I am willing to compensate if you have cared for the item as instructed. However, I do not do returns simply because of the shipping hassles.
I am not responsible for shipping mishaps with USPS but I will do everything that I can to ensure that you get your item in good condition and within the right time frame.
If an item is damaged when you receive it please message me and I will do my best to work something out with USPS and if that is not possible I may be able to compensate.
All items within this shop are able to be washed on a gentle cycle unless otherwise stated. If you have any problems with your product after caring for it correctly please let me know and I will do my best to get the problem fixed.
